Hello Mindful Women,
This is actually my first time using a blog. Thanks for setting it up. Ila Grace is wonderful and I appreciate all of your support! Thank you!
I am working on my website homepage content. I am pasting it here for input:
HOMEPAGE CONTENT
Have you ever gotten to the end of your day and wished that you hadexercised your body that day? Have you ever felt regret for nottaking care of yourself? Have you felt sick and tired of feeling thattype of regret?
Or, are you on a roll? You are good at taking care of your body, mindand spirit and yet willing to have more and feel even more empoweredin yourself?
If you answered yes to any of the above, you will loveMobileNetWork-Out. My purpose is to help you overcome the barriers oftime and know-how, to give you the motivation and fun factor you needto move your body -- everyday -- in a way that makes you stronger, healthier and happier.
How It Works -Select some times during a day when you can spare one-minute, choose acouple of friends to join you (or ask to be added to a group), andstart receiving one-minute highly effective, static movements thatwill reshape your body, uplift your mood and make you happier.
Why It Works -MobileNetWork-Out gets around the need for time to workout by breakingexercise down into one minute increments. If you are unsure whatone-minute can do for you, try doing a few of our one minute exerciseseveryday for 5 days in a row and feel the difference. In fact, don'tbe surprised if one minute is too long for you to hold some of thesemovements. Just do 30 seconds, or 10 if that is all you can do.
Also, research shows that people who connect with others duringexercise are more likely to do exercise. You are joining aNetWork-Out group. You'll do it together and report your success backto the group by responding to a text message or email. It is veryeasy.
Exercises are designed for you. They take the guess work out of whatto do in a workout. We'll increase intensity gradually, as yourability grows. Your MobileNetWork-Out is easy, fun and effective --making you healthier, stronger, and dare I say and more alive?

Looks like a good start Christina. What do you think about putting some of it into bullet points?
Just a thought.
Debbie
Christina, I'm writing this with a terrier on my lap and I can only imagine how challenging it is for your forging right ahead with your plan with a brand new baby in the house. You have my total respect.
FWIW my feedback:
Blogging format appears to be creating typos like conjoined words that I'm sure are not there in the original. Love the overall tone. This message makes it MUCH easier to understand what you are providing that anything I've heard to date. While the value of exercise and what it can do for someone is a message I've heard many times before, how your service addresses that need in as little time as possible is what I want to know more of. To that end love the HOW IT WORKS section and WHY IT WORKS SECTION. That "if you are unsure . . . try for five days . . and feel the difference" really starts to convince me to explore further -- the cynic in me says "yeah, right. Like, I former Gold's Gym member and really going to get a workout in a minute" but that challenge -- try it for five days and see -- makes me want to give it a shot: "what if something that sounds too good to be true really works? Hey, maybe I should try and see if I really feel like I'm working out" To get me as a customer you might want to increase the focus there like with a free 5 day trial or you've got nothing to lose offer that would make me take the next step. Testimonials might help in this regard too but I would want to see something different from the typical before and after bikini photos in the back of the women's mags where Cindy from Los Angeles loses 30 pounds in 30 days while eating everything she wants and not breaking out in a sweat (meanwhile in the after photo Cindy is clearly sucking her stomach in and has somehow acquired a tan which makes all of us look slimmer -- not that I'm bitter mind you;)
I think the challenges facing you are two-fold: 1)overcome the"it sounds too good to be true" element, and 2) somehow create a pitch and ad campaign that is fresh and helps separate you from the mass of other fitness and exercise gurus out there. The limited time thing is a great start but plays into #1 somewhat. What is clear is that you have a great grasp of where you want to go and all the raw material necessary to refine into a blazing campaign.
Looking forward to hearing more!
Brooke
